District 32 House
About Phillip
Jacobs was born and raised in Dickinson, ND. He first moved to Bismarck in 2017 while he was pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and later his Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of Mary, where his senior capstone focused on political polarization. His educational background helped Jacobs understand the current climate of politics in North Dakota and the United States.
Previously, Phillip worked for the ND House of Representatives as a clerk where he assisted lawmakers in the legislative process. He served on the House Health and Human Services & Government and Veterans Affairs committees. "As a clerk in the North Dakota House of Representatives, I've seen the inner workings of government.” said Jacobs. “My commitment is clear: uphold the Constitution, listen to the people, and work tirelessly to bring about positive change. It's time for a fresh face in District 32."
Jacobs is currently at Bobcat Company as a Material Handler. This experience as a blue collar worker has allowed him to learn the hard-working values of the North Dakota people.
Guided by principles reflective of North Dakotans' core values, his platform prioritizes:
THE ISSUES
Follow the constitution
support life
& the family
Property
Tax reform
tackle Crime
& Drugs
Patriotic & moral education
I am humbled by the opportunity to serve the hardworking people of District 32. I look forward to earning your trust, listening to your concerns, and working together to build a future that reflects the values of our community. Your vote is not just a mark on a ballot; it's a voice for your rights.
